Michael, You will have to check the Dutch Standard of Britain. In the U.S. there can be as much as 1/4 red in earlobes of cockerel or pullet, but 1/3 in cock or hen. (I think this is awful, but the people in the U.S. who first wrote the Standard were looking at birds that had been crossed with OEGB, and it is very hard to clear the earlobes when you add red.) In England, Germany or Holland, I have rarely seen any speck of red in show birds, but would have to look up the translation of the Standard in Holland, to see what is listed. CJR
